Exomars never crashed, the images that were released right after are completely of another nature than the ones released later. This doesn't only create raised eyebrows, when one looks at the footage of the "command" center at ESA the People involved do not really look like they are under tension or a little stress, just look at their behaviour (playing with phones etc), doesn't really look like they are really worrying about their project, unless they know there's nothing to worry about.... ahh well.
Depending how one looks at it, it might be some sort of "crash" site, but not Esa's, nope, this is ruins Boys and Girls!
