It's just dots of light. If these were actual craft, they would be hundreds of miles across. Then the way they just BURST out and away from the moon.
To me, it looks like a bunch of birds fly by, and he cut out the part of them in front of the moon, or maybe the moons brightness washed them out?
It's just funny looking, I doubt very much it's really UFO's.
